You may return or exchange products purchased from SantoVerona under the following conditions:
Eligibility
Requests must be made within 100 days of delivery.
Items must be in original condition and packaging.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Once inspected, we will confirm acceptance and proceed with the exchange or refund.
Costs
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refund Conditions
Refund requests must be made within 100 days of receiving the product (in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU).
The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered.
Certain products (personalized items, intimate goods, or perishable goods) may not be eligible.
